Inclusive price applies to room rate and Residential or Dementia care packages only. Nursing surcharges and one-to-one care are exempt. Offer applies to new move-ins only on a private pay basis. Annual room and care fee increases of no more than 5.5% apply (Subject to an annual 5% increase or aligned to CPIH* when greater than 6%).
*CPIH is defined as the Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers’ housing costs.

Throughout our care homes, Signature is proud to offer the highest standard of dementia care. Banstead features a specialised dementia care community and our highly trained, dedicated dementia care team help residents to live well with dementia. We also hold in-house immersive dementia training sessions to help family and friends to understand and assist their loved ones more effectively.

Can you accommodate residential care for couples at Banstead?

With 96 spacious apartments, Banstead is well-equipped to deal with single people and couples alike.

What sort of activities does Signature offer for residents?

Our activities schedule is designed to provide such a wealth of opportunity as to satisfy all needs and preferences, and to this end we’re always seeking feedback and suggestions to further expand our already diverse offerings. From Tai Chi to boules, art classes to rambling, there’s always something to suit the mood. Beyond the home itself, our own minibus makes it easy for residents to access nearby attractions.
