My career in care started in 2013, it has been a privilege that most of my journey has been with Signature Care Homes. During this time, I gained and developed my skills as a Residential Care Manager, working in different Signature homes and I am now delighted to move into the role of General Manager at Farnham Common. I am passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring our values are promoted by all our team members, so we maintain excellent standards in all our day-to-day activities. By being a positive role model within the Home, I hope to share this passion, working alongside, supporting my team, and building caring relationships with all our residents and respective families.

At Farnham Common, we have a real understanding of how important it is to demonstrate passion and empathy when supporting our residents with their care needs, naturally tailoring our approach each time to reflect their individuality.

As a General Manager, I am motivated to support all in enhancing our service, making our Home truly remarkable.
