Constructed as a private residence, Hendon Hall has twice seen service: as a school, in 1911 as an RAF convalescent home, and most recently as a hotel, notable for accommodating the victorious English team as they brought football home in 1966. Carefully renovated with both sensitivity to the original features and a core focus on the provision of a warm, welcoming and safe environment for residents, Signature’s work on Hendon Hall earned us the Renovation Award at the 2023 Annual Care Home Awards.

Whether you require short-term respite care for yourself, or need to arrange it for a loved one, our premium services promise to deliver exactly what you need. We offer respite stays from as little as one week onwards, providing flexible support tailored to individual needs.
Nursing Care
At Signature, we offer expert nursing care tailored to individual needs, combining round-the-clock support with luxurious, hotel-style surroundings to give you complete peace of mind.
Palliative Care
We provide compassionate, expert-led palliative care in a comfortable, homely setting, ensuring dignity, comfort, and support for every stage of life.
Rehabilitation
We offer rehabilitation through our respite care program, ideal for individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or requiring short-term support. These stays, available for a minimum of one week, provide a structured environment where residents benefit from personalised care plans, 24-hour nursing support, and access to state-of-the-art facilities.

Inclusive price applies to room rate and Residential or Dementia care packages only. Nursing surcharges and one-to-one care are exempt. Offer applies to new move-ins only on a private pay basis. Annual room and care fee increases of no more than 5.5% apply (Subject to an annual 5% increase or aligned to CPIH* when greater than 6%).
*CPIH is defined as the Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers’ housing costs.

I have been working in the care sector for over 20 years, and for the past six years, I have been proud to be part of the Signature family. My journey within Signature has allowed me to experience both sides of Residential Care Management and Hospitality management giving me a well-rounded perspective on delivering exceptional care and service to residents and their families.
In my role as General Manager at Signature Hendon Hall, I am passionate about ensuring that all residents receive the highest standard of care and support. I believe in fostering a warm, person-centred approach that allows every individual to feel valued and live a fulfilling life.
